From structure to a space ready for use

We bring structural, architectural and MEP works into one coordinated delivery process, creating new projects, upgrading existing buildings and preparing spaces for use. We focus on sequencing and the interfaces between disciplines, because quality depends on how every part comes together.

Civil and structural works
We deliver excavation, foundations, reinforced-concrete structures and masonry, coordinating site requirements and construction sequences to establish a solid foundation for the stages ahead.

Architectural works and finishes
We turn drawings into carefully finished spaces, from partitions and ceilings to flooring, cladding and doors, with attention to workmanship and the junctions between materials and finishes.

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing
We coordinate electrical, lighting, air-conditioning, plumbing, drainage and safety systems so that the building’s operational infrastructure works with its design and intended use.

Interior fit-out
We fit out offices, commercial, residential and service spaces, bringing finishes, joinery, fixtures and operational requirements together to prepare each space for use.

Waterproofing and thermal insulation
We implement insulation and waterproofing for roofs, wet areas and exposed building elements, from surface preparation and detailing through application and inspection.

Restoration and rehabilitation
We upgrade existing buildings through defect repairs, component renewal and strengthening works guided by technical requirements, supporting continued use and adapting spaces to new needs.

04 / Inspect and hand over
We review completed works, coordinate inspections and corrective actions, and prepare the handover documents.
