From the first question to the final detail
Coordinated delivery begins before work reaches the site. We connect client requirements with solution development, scope definition, procurement and construction through a flexible approach that makes the next step clear to everyone involved.
About usSustainability and innovation
Six connected stages, one shared outcome
Stages may overlap, and our involvement may cover only some of them depending on the contract. The principle remains the same: clear decisions, defined responsibilities and the right information reaching the right people.
01 / Understand the project
We review the intended use, site, available information, timing and commercial priorities. Questions that affect the solution are identified before estimating the work, establishing a shared starting point.
02 / Develop the solution
We assess architectural, structural and fit-out options and their interfaces with related systems, identifying the studies, approvals and specialist input needed to make the solution buildable.
03 / Define scope and plan
Deliverables, responsibilities and scope boundaries are made clear. Work stages, documents and approvals are organised so the proposal provides a useful basis for coordination and change discussions.
04 / Coordinate supply and manufacture
We review specifications, material and component sources and lead times, linking approvals, manufacturing and delivery to the programme and its required inspection points.
05 / Build and monitor
We coordinate interfaces, readiness and staged handovers. Quality and safety observations and changes are addressed through communication and documentation as the work progresses.
06 / Inspect and hand over
We review completed works and follow up corrective actions, inspections and documentation, organising handover around agreed deliverables and operational requirements within the contract.
Three things kept clear throughout
Responsibility
Who reviews, approves and executes? Coordination points help prevent details from falling between disciplines.
Information
Drawings, specifications and agreed decisions guide the work, with revisions and their downstream effects tracked.
Impact
We discuss how alternatives and changes affect function, quality, time and cost before selecting a way forward.
Quality begins with the decision
Quality starts with clear requirements and coordinated drawings and materials, then continues through detailing, inspections and staged handovers. Safety requirements are considered alongside site conditions, activity sequencing and relevant requirements as part of planning the work.
Practical value in time and cost
We compare options for buildability, supply and maintenance, looking for improvements that preserve essential function and requirements. Programme and cost assessments follow a review of scope and information readiness, so the plan reflects the project’s actual conditions.
