Terms of Use
These terms explain the use of the Cross Section Global website and the submission of enquiries and quotation requests. Last updated: 7 November 2026.
Purpose of the website
The website introduces our services and selected work and provides a channel for enquiries and collaboration. It primarily serves owners, developers, contractors, consultants, suppliers and other professional organisations. Please use it lawfully and respect the rights of the company and others.
Quotation requests
You may submit a request without creating an account. Selecting a service and answering relevant questions helps us understand your project. You are responsible for providing information accurate to the best of your knowledge and for being authorised to act for any organisation you represent. You may indicate that details remain undecided. A reference number confirms recording for follow-up; it is not a quotation, acceptance of a project or a commitment to a response or delivery date.
Proposals and contracts
Browsing the website or submitting an enquiry does not create a construction, purchase or partnership contract. Prices, scope, specifications, schedules, payment terms, warranties, exclusions and the contracting entity are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement. A proposal’s validity is governed by its terms. Listing a service does not establish availability in every location or automatic suitability for every project.
Engineering and project information
Website material is introductory and does not replace a site investigation, approved design or project-specific engineering assessment. The suitability of LGS systems, prefabricated units, elevators and other solutions depends on the intended use, conditions, specifications and applicable requirements. Project pages describe the stated scope of our involvement. Examples do not establish identical availability without assessment or imply that we performed every part of a project unless expressly stated.
Intellectual property and submitted materials
Applicable rights protect our name, identity, website copy, designs and materials that we own or use with permission. You may review the content to evaluate working with us; commercial reproduction, republication or presenting it as your own requires permission. Rights in submitted materials remain with their owners. Submission permits their use only as needed to assess and follow up on your request, and does not authorise public publication of your drawings or confidential information.
Acceptable use
Do not submit misleading requests, impersonate others, send unlawful material, attempt to access other users’ information, disrupt the service or bypass security measures. Only share materials you are entitled to provide. Abusive requests or repetitive submissions that interfere with the service may be restricted, subject to applicable requirements.
Collaboration and external links
Introducing your capabilities or requesting collaboration does not create supplier approval, agency, exclusivity or a contractual partnership. Any subsequent relationship is governed by a separate agreement. External links, including LinkedIn, provide access to relevant information; those services are subject to their operators’ terms.
Availability and information limits
We work to keep information clear and current. Services may change and the website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Please report any error so we can address it. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduce mandatory rights. Responsibilities for project execution, supply and design are addressed in the relevant project agreements.
Privacy, updates and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of information submitted through the site. These terms may be updated with the date shown here; an update alone does not amend a separate signed contract. Applicable mandatory laws continue to apply, and project-specific governing law and dispute arrangements are addressed in the relevant agreement where appropriate.
