SPACE / IDENTITY / EXPERIENCE
The site and timing shape the solution
Access, delivery, installation, circulation, amenities, safety and organiser requirements guide the choice of systems, materials, assembly and dismantling methods.
Facility design for delivery
Concepts and details for stands, display areas, entrances, hospitality facilities and service points support function, visual character, construction and applicable requirements.
Temporary structures
Assessment, manufacture, supply and installation of temporary or demountable structures using suitable systems, including light-gauge or other steel systems, subject to loads, design, site conditions and approvals.
Exhibition stands and display areas
Platforms, stands, walls, floors, lighting and physical brand elements are coordinated with venue drawings, exhibitor manuals and organiser requirements.
Kiosks, cafés and sales points
Supply and fit-out of retail, coffee, service and hospitality units, coordinating materials, fixed elements, electrical, cooling and other services where included.
Supporting facilities
Temporary operational offices, reception and hospitality areas, service units, walkways, platforms and architectural elements, with fit-out and site service integration defined by use.
Installation and dismantling
Contracts may include installation, preparation for operation and phased coordination, followed by dismantling, transport and site reinstatement under the agreed scope.
Modern construction for events
Prefabricated components, light-gauge steel and other metal systems may suit particular packages. Selection follows a review of loads, site, safety, programme and reuse requirements.
Defined facilities and responsibilities
The service focuses on physical structures, fit-out and event-site facilities. Additional requirements are reviewed separately, and design, approval, supply and delivery responsibilities are set out in the contract.

Design and delivery can be developed around the available area, brand identity and intended use.
Do you provide temporary structures?
These are assessed against the system, loads, venue and approval and installation requirements.
Can electrical and cooling work be included?
They may be included with the necessary coordination, approvals and technical requirements.
Can you dismantle the installation afterwards?
Dismantling, transport and site reinstatement can form part of the contract.
Do you work outside Jeddah?
Saudi locations are assessed against supply, timing, resources and scope.
