IFAD Contracting
Strategic cooperation in contracting and project delivery brings technical expertise, resources and specialist contributions together under each project’s contractual requirements. One example is cooperation on the light-gauge steel scope for the mock-up villa in AMAALA.
Al Jazeera Factory
Our strategic partner for hot-rolled structural steel. We collaborate across design, fabrication and installation, with each party’s role defined by its scope. For the IFAD steel structure in Makkah, our role included design and supervision of fabrication and installation.
Saudi Emirati Electrical Generators Company
Our strategic partner for generator and standby power solutions. We work together on project needs for generators, accessories and rental solutions within defined scopes, complemented by civil works associated with power facilities.

Manufacturing and supply expertise for light-gauge steel and prefabricated building components, coordinated with solution development, design, production and procurement under the agreed project scope.
