About the project
An existing home can evolve without losing its connection to the way it is lived in. This villa project combined ground-floor refurbishment with light-gauge steel additions and extensions, bringing existing spaces and new requirements into a coordinated scope.
Scope of work
Ground-floor refurbishment, LGS additions and extensions, architectural details, and civil, architectural, finishing and MEP works within the contract.
Our contribution
Executing the contracted upgrade and extension works and coordinating the connections between existing and new elements.
