Frequently asked questions

Can design and fit-out be combined?

Yes. Design can be followed by fit-out through an integrated agreement or a separate delivery scope, with deliverables, responsibilities and costs defined for each stage.

Does the service include approved engineering drawings?

We coordinate structural and MEP requirements with licensed firms whenever professional approval is required. Concepts and coordination drawings do not replace statutory approved drawings, and building-permit issuance is not part of our current service.

Can you develop an existing design?

We review the design, usage rights and available information, then identify the development and coordination needed to suit the site and delivery requirements.

What do I need to start?
