OUR SERVICES / MODERN CONSTRUCTION
Modern construction technologies
From light-gauge steel structures to prefabricated hospitality units, we connect system selection with design, production, transport and installation to develop solutions shaped by the building’s use, site conditions and project ambitions.

DESIGN / FABRICATION / ASSEMBLY
Technologies connected around your project
Our focus is light-gauge steel and hospitality units, supported by modular construction, prefabrication and specialist materials. Selection starts with understanding the project, then coordinating the solution from technical details to delivery.
Light-gauge steel · LGS
We connect design, detailing and manufacturing through cold-formed steel sections for walls, roofs, trusses, lightweight buildings and extensions. Loads, openings, connections, envelope, fire and insulation requirements inform the solution, followed by coordinated fabrication and installation details.

Prefabricated hospitality units
We develop customisable LGS hospitality units around the guest experience and operational needs. Layouts, façades, materials and building services are coordinated alongside the balance of factory and site work, transport, lifting, installation and utility connections.

Prefabrication
Off-site preparation of components and assemblies, from walls and roofs to structural elements, aligned with the design and installation sequence.

One coordinated path from assessment to installation
Factory and site activities form one plan, with their interfaces coordinated before delivery begins.
01 / Define the site and use
We establish the building type, dimensions, operational needs, access, services and target programme.
02 / Select and develop the system
We coordinate engineering assessment, loads, envelope and fabrication requirements with the relevant specialists.
03 / Coordinate production and supply
Drawings, materials and production schedules are aligned with transport, lifting and site preparation.
04 / Install and review integration
We follow assembly, connections, insulation, services and inspections through to the agreed handover.
Considered choices, clear expectations
We connect the benefits of each technology with performance evidence and application conditions, defining what the solution includes before preparing a proposal.
Suitability comes first
We assess use, loads, site environment, fire and insulation requirements. A system is selected for its suitability, not simply because it is new.
Value is project-specific
Design, supply, transport, labour and site work are reviewed together. Cost and programme outcomes vary by project.
A clearly defined scope
Foundations, utilities, transport, installation and finishes are assigned early, providing a clear basis for comparing proposals.
Frequently asked questions
Is LGS suitable for every building?
Suitability depends on loads, heights, openings, ground or support conditions, envelope, fire and insulation requirements, followed by specialist assessment.
Are hospitality units supplied in fixed sizes and specifications?
Dimensions, layouts, finishes and equipment are developed around unit numbers, site conditions and the intended guest experience. We do not assume one standard model suits every project.
Does the unit price include foundations and utility connections?
These items are explicitly defined in the proposal alongside transport, lifting, installation and finishes. Foundations and site connections are not automatically included.
Is modern construction always faster and less expensive?
Prefabrication can reduce some site activities and support repeatability, but value depends on design, quantities, manufacturing, transport and site readiness.
What is needed to assess a hospitality-unit project?
The location, number of units, preliminary areas, room layouts, finish level and required services, together with available drawings, access conditions and target dates.
