About the project
From the structure to the systems that serve everyday life, our contribution to this private villa compound connects structural construction with mechanical, electrical and plumbing works. Coordinating repeated residential units requires attention to sequencing, suppliers and the interfaces between disciplines.
Scope of work
Structural and civil construction and MEP works within the agreed scope, including execution follow-up, supplier coordination and phased handover arrangements. Finishing works are outside our scope.
Our contribution
Executing the structural and MEP scope and coordinating its interfaces with the project’s other parties.
