A service programme, clear in every detail

We begin by understanding the system, then organise work, visits and follow-up within a scope that serves the building and defines each responsibility

01
Preventive maintenance

Scheduled inspections, servicing and adjustments follow the system type, manufacturer instructions and agreed scope. Findings, wear and adjustment issues are followed before they develop into wider faults.

02
Corrective maintenance

Serviceable faults are diagnosed and electrical and mechanical components reviewed. Repairs or replacement are determined against safety, parts availability and approval of the work.

03
Follow-up and records

Visits, observations and actions are recorded, with parts and modernisation needs followed up so that service status and any additional decisions or scope are clear.

Two contract formats, an informed choice

Coverage of parts and additional work differs. Each contract is defined after reviewing the elevator’s condition

Comprehensive contract

Covers the services and parts expressly listed in the contract schedule, with exclusions stated. The format is reviewed against the elevator type, condition and technical and operational needs.

Non-comprehensive contract

Covers agreed visits, maintenance and service activities. Additional parts or repairs are priced as required and approved before work proceeds.

From building details to a service plan

01   Building and elevator details
02   Review or site inspection as appropriate
03   Define visits, work, parts and exclusions
04   Agree the plan and begin service records and follow-up

Existing elevators from different brands

Service feasibility is assessed against parts availability, access to electronic systems and software, technical compatibility and relevant authorisation requirements.
